Terms and Conditions

All first-time orders are pre-paid only.
Upon approved credit, terms are Net 30 days from the date on the invoice.
Note: We will await receipt of payment for past due balances before releasing orders. Please ensure your account is current.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS will be faxed or e-mailed within 24 hours of receiving your order. NOTE: If you do not receive a confirmation, please call to verify that we received your P.O.
PAPER/ELECTRONIC PROOFS are included with every order at no charge. Orders remain on hold pending receipt of dated and signed approval. Total responsibility for design and accuracy and imprint color lies with the customer when a paper proof is approved.
SUBSTITUTIONS We reserve the right to substitute products comparable in price and design for those shown in catalog.

All sample requests must be submitted in writing, via fax or e-mail!
BLANK SAMPLES are billable at First Column Pricing.
RANDOM IMPRINTED SAMPLES are billable at End Column Pricing
Samples ship out via ground courier, unless otherwise requested and require your courier account number.

SAMPLE RETURNS

Samples are returnable within 30 days for credit, provided they are unaltered condition.
Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number prior to returning samples, and note this number on the cartons and paper work.
